Problems:

  1. The e-commerce platform and the product description were on separate webpages, resulting in inconvenience and time-waste for customers to browse and purchase at the same time.
  2. Slow loading times.
  3. Lack of clarity in the contents of the product category and product description pages.
  4. Lack of consistency in the product description.
  5. The User Manual page was loosely structured.
  6. Inconsistency of style in photo materials.

Solution:

  1. Build a new website on Shopify. The new website now contains original e-commerce functions and renewed product descriptions on the same page.
  2. Resize photos to reduce loading time.
  3. Team up with the marketing personnel to incorporate the product category and description into one single page, leading to a successful reduction in the loading time at launch.
  4. Create a unified tune for photo style, color tone and layouts of the Homepage, User Manual Page, and Product Description page.
