Overview
Kebs Makes Ice Cream is a Taiwanese-Canadian ice cream pop-up located inside O5 Rare Tea Bar in Vancouver. The brand is known for nostalgic, experimental flavours inspired by the founder’s cultural background and travel experiences.
Our goal was to strengthen Kebs’ Instagram presence, improve discoverability, and create a realistic, sustainable content plan.
The Challenge
1. Underutilised Instagram
No consistent visual direction or content rhythm.
2. Limited Engagement
Followers were not actively involved in flavour creation or storytelling.
3. Hidden Location
Customers struggled to find the shop inside O5 Tea Bar.

A qualitative interview with the founder to uncover brand identity, creative process, target audience, and pain points.
